It is our pleasure to introduce you to Flim Reydon a senior yoga teacher, with more than 30 years of experience – and founder of Center Open Field Yoga & Health in the Netherlands. This retreat is based on a 25 hours Pre Yoga Teacher training and an introduction to iRest®, Yoga Nidra method.

This Pre-Yoga Teacher Training is for everybody regardless of age or gender and offers an opportunity to step out of the raging river of your daily life and to spend time with yourself and likeminded people, in the tranquillity and stunning nature all around.

About us

Flim Reydon is a senior yoga teacher with more than 30 years of experience – and founder of Center Open Field Yoga & Health in the Netherlands.

She aims at teaching integrated yoga, incorporating a practical philosophy and holistic lifestyle. She is a certified mediation teacher of Infinite Possibilities from Deepak Chopra, registered international yoga therapist and iRest Yoga`Nidra Meditation teacher.

Teaching is her passion:  not only the classical guru’s like Patanjali and Sivananda, but also the modern guru’s like Deepak Chopra and Sadhguru , creator of the Isha Foundation in South India. She frames those teachings in a practical yet scientific and playful ease and with the ability to touch people’s haerts.

Values: passion, warmth, authenticity.

Karin Hess is an orthomolecular therapist and yoga teacher. Seduced by Curacao in 2018 and now living her dream on our beautiful Island.

Self-made entrepreneur, she experienced first-hand how to heal herself and to transform her lifestyle for the better. She is now dedicated to bringing her knowledge to humanity.

Kamla de Haas is a certified holistic life coach, TIFF provider and a lifelong learner. She works with brave people all around the world who are open and willing to transform their lives for the better. Her expertise and passion lie with helping people to find their truth, speak their truth in the most effective way possible.
